You will receive your FITFOOD bible with an 8 week food plan to guide you to choosing the right food, preparing and cooking seasonal ingredients and to make simple changes for lasting success! Recipes, food lists and shopping guide included.
This package includes your initial visit in which you will step on our Tanita SC300 Body Compostion Analyzer and get a clear picture of your physical composition, your basal metabolic rate and set goals for a healthier version of you. You will also receive your FITFOOD Autumn Winter bible, 8 weekly follow-up visits, support and motivation every week!
Allow 1 hour for initial visit and 20 minutes for follow-ups!
